- Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Western Springs or Downers Grove (north)
- Minimum lot width of 65′
- Either a 0-5 year old home or a lot where they can build themselves
- Traditional design with high end finishes
- Target pricing $1.5M-$1.8M
- Mature trees are a plus
They will consider a new home, an existing home (of up to five years old) and any lot or teardown property on which a home of this type can be built.
