Residential Real Estate Isn’t The Only Wealth-Building Game In Chicago’s Western Suburbs

Historically, residential real estate has proven to be an effective means of wealth-building. Although those who bought at the top of the market would tend to disagree with that assertion, the resilience of western suburban real estate is time-tested.

For those interested in diversification, there are a number of options in the financial services sector. My favorite guy is Tom Conidi of Wachovia Securities.

As my past clients know, I have a soon-to-be-famous "gotta guy" list which is a comprehensive and dynamic list of anyone who can impact your life-from pediatricians to pizza. Tom Conidi of Wachovia Securities is absolutely at the top of the the list. His personal risk tolerance is conservative with a assertive spin. It’s much like the approach I take to coaching my clients on their personal real estate holdings.

Tom Conidi of Wachovia (office in Oak Brook Terrace IL) has been managing my investments for nearly ten years. My way of personal endorsement, i have put my money where my mouth is. And you should too.
