These Buyers Need Homes

I know. I know. There is an ample supply of inventory of both new and existing homes on the market. However, I am working as the designated buyer’s agent of these families whose needs are not being met by the available inventory.   • Hinsdale. Local family is looking for south east Hinsdale only. Up to $3,000,000. Can be new or vintage construction. Minimum of 4,000 square feet. Flexible closing and possession.
  • Burr Ridge, Clarendon Hills or Hinsdale. Former west suburban residents have down-sized and moved to the city. Now, they want to move back. Up to $1,000,000. Can be fixer-upper. An existing three car garage or potential for one is a plus. Must be in Hinsdale Central High School District or the Gower School sections which feed into Hinsdale South High School District.
  • Hinsdale or Clarendon Hills. Expanding family moving form the city. Must be District 181 elementary schools. Up to $1,600,000. Prefers new or newer construction. Their propensity is toward high end finishes and design.
  • Hinsdale or Clarendon Hills. Large, local family looking for space. 4+ bedrooms is a necessity. Because the kids walk everywhere, south of the tracks is a benefit.Up to $1,000,000.
  • Hinsdale, Western Springs, La Grange, Clarendon Hills and Downers Grove. Growing family transferring in from out-of-state. 3 bedrooms minimum. Age not important, but updating and low maintenance is. Up to $700,000.
