Wealthy Americans See Opportunity In Residential Real Estate Market
There is a direct correlation between your net worth and how you view the current residential real estate market.
American Express Publishing Corporation and Harris Group (a consulting company), have released a report this week revealing that the wealthiest of U.S. citizens consider the current conditions of the residential real estate market ideal for buying. These "wealthiest" of Americans have been defined as those have $500,000 or more in annual income. Forty percent of those in this wealthiest group said that it is their intent to purchase residential real estate this year.
