The store is set up with stainless steel containers with taps at the bottom. This allows for easy sampling of everything as well as a fill your own bottle style of service.

When you stop in, definitely try the 18 year old balsamic. It’s as sweet as maple syrup. Amazing.

The flavors presented are both interesting and delicious i.e. tangerine-flavored balsamic. Don’t be shy, this is a place to experiment.
