Western Springs
Western Springs has 147 active listings of detached houses on the market right now. The average market exposure time is 217 days. Of these 147 homes, there are recently accepted contracts on 16 of them. Over the past 30 days, there were 9 accepted contracts. This compares to 16 that were accepted over the same time period last year. The current average asking price in Western Springs is $812,376.
