Charleston Court Town Homes in Westmont IL are the largest, new town homes being offered in the highly sought after Hinsdale Central High School district. Even if you aren’t going to be living with a high schooler, the location in the Hinsdale Central area is an absolutely bullet-proof characteristic at time of re-sale.
These are very large units. The builder, Western Hills, LLC., says that the four models range in size from 1919 square feet to 2850 square feet exclusive of garage and basement. They are built right. The builder, Western Hills LLC., uses union trades. These are proud artisans with the accountability of their trade unions standing behind them. They are quiet. The builder does things the old-fashioned way. These town homes are constructed of solid masonry. This means that there is face brick over cement block. Talk about solid and quiet! Come by and perform your own sound test. You will be impressed.
A small community. This is not one of those humongous town home developments. Rather, it’s a small community. In phase one, there are just seven units. Phase two, located immediately to the east, will have just six additional homes. That’s it.

The builder, Western Hills Development, LLC., is offering these homes with your customization in mind. You choose the cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, floor finishes, light fixtures and paint color. They do the rest. By the way, these homes are solid masonry construction - which is face brick over cement block. Homes don’t get any quieter than this.
